elmor Seed Counter

The elmor 780 carousel filler can be combined with the elmor counting machines, especially the seed counters elmor C1 and elmor C3.

The carousel filler allows semi automatic, to a large extent unsupervised filling of vials, tubes, small containers or bags. The carousel can easily be removed and reinserted. The control circuitry of the equipment recognizes automatically, how many containers have place in a carousel and which positions are occupied. Filling empty positions is avoided. Thus it is possible to process different formats of containers depending upon customer's request with the same equipment.

When desired, the whole carousel filling device can be individually designed upon the requirements of the customers.

 
 
 
 

Right picture : An individually manufactured carousel filling machine used for the preparation of seed samples in a national seed test facility. The carousel has 25 positions and is fed with a fast and accurate 25-channel counter elmor 650. Both the  multichannel counter and the carousel filler are controlled by the same PLC and a Touch Screen.

Bottom: this example shows a seedcounter elmor C1 with a carousel filler, designed to fill glass dishes. The carousel has 16 positions and is threfore optimised to prepare seed samples for standardised seed tests with 4, 8 or 16 probes.
