Elmor C1 seed counterThe seed counter elmor C1 is the successor of the world-wide appreciated seed counter elmor 600. The new seed counter elmor C1 contains the proven key components which are responsible for longevity and accuracy in further developed form.   

The elmor C1 seedcounter is characterised by a robust structure, an easy operation and a large, bright display. The counting signal is processed by a microprocessor, which permits also counting of parts with particularly difficult shapes. The devices are equipped with connections for remote control, so that they can be combined e.g. with packing or filling machines like the elmor 800 packaging machine, the elmor 780 carousel filler or third party products. The elmor C1 is intended to be used as user friendly universal seed counter for many years.

Parts, which are counted with the elmor C1 reach from fine plant seeds such as Petunia over vegetable and grain seeds or seeds of ornamental plants up to small mechanical parts or semiconductor chips. A preferential operational area is the sample - preparation in seed test laboratories or maltings.

Accessories for the elmor Seed Counter Model C1

Conveyor Bowl with Fine Adjusting Sorting Pass
The sorting pass at the outlet of this special conveyor bowl is equipped with two fine-thread spindles with graduated buttons. The width and the height of the outlet can be adjusted precisely. This type of conveyor bowl is preferably used to singularise flat parts which tend to stack one over the other.

Dual Discharge Chute
The dual discharge chute can increase the productivity in Preset Mode (= repetitive batch counting). Each time when a batch is counted, the outlet switches to the other side and the counter restarts automatically. The dual discharge chute is intended to be used for counting crop seeds or corn, which are filled directly into bags, but can also be used for other seeds with 1mm diameter or more.


 



Single Kernel Dispenser
The Single Kernel Dispenser is a modified chute which enables the C1 counter to exactly spend one single part on request. This system is used as very exact parts feeding instrument in scientific experiments.
 



Automatic Seed Weight Checker
The combination of a C1 counter, a Single Kernel Dispenser and a Precision Scale allows new applications in seed science or reduces substantially the requested time for analyses which had been made manually until now. Application as Automatic Seed Weigher: each single seed of a lot drops automatically on the pan of a scale. The weight of each seed is transferred to a PC for storage and further statistical processing, then the next seed is released.
 



Automatic Seed Weight Sorter
Each single seed of a lot is automatically placed on a scale. The weight of each seed is compared with one or several limits. According to the result of this comparison, the weighed seed is then transferred into two or more containers. So the parts can be sorted either into good and bad parts or into several weight classes.
