elmor Seed Counter

The seed counter elmor C1 is the successor of the world-wide appreciated seed counter elmor 600. The new seed counter elmor C1 contains the proven key components which are responsible for longevity and accuracy in further developed form.   

Our series of high-precision counting machines has been extended to include a PC-controlled seed counter which opens new solutions for the constantly growing requirements of the customers. Owing to the PC - control both the settings as well as the results of all counting operations can be logged and stored. This is an indispensable requirement for quality control and traceability of test results in order to fulfil demands in quality control and quality assurance, in production supervision, cost control or stock accounting. Errors with the assumption of hand written notes are omitted owing to the elmor C3.

With the elmor multi-channel counting machines, the product being counted is fed along different channels in parallel, separated and counted.

These machines are capable of achieving a very high counting speed. The number of counting channels may be freely selected between 2 and 25.

The counting channels are supplied via a supply hopper with a capacity of several litres.

Particle Size Analysis with the elmor C3 Counter

The precision seed counter elmor C3 can be used to measure the particle size distribution by means of a special software module.
The parts are measured in one dimension with a resolution of some 1/100mm.

Equipment with a modular design for sorting and counting differently colored small articles within the mm range.

With seed tests the 1000 kernel weight is an important quality criterion, which must be determined with high accuracy. Counting and dosage of mechanical and electronic small articles as SMD’s are made increasingly also over the determination of the 1000 grain weight.
