The possibility for exact spending single grains with the elmor C1 counter opens new ranges of application. The new counting machine elmor C1 can be equipped with a device to dump single grains. After receiving of an external release signal this device spends exactly one individual part. This module is designed to automatically feed parts to scientific equipments or to weigh automatically small articles like grains or pills etc. The cadence amounts to maximally 3 pieces per second. The diameter of the parts can be 0.5mm or larger. With the application as automatic single single seed weigher (Check Weigher) the smallest parts size is given by the resolution of the balance, usually to 1mg or 100 microgram. |
