The counting devices elmor C1, elmor C3 and elmor CX are now supplied with a new developed conveyor bowl. This universally adjustable bowl can convey and singularise parts with a size from 0.1 to 18mm. Additional bowls are only necessary in exceptional cases, e.g. with parts with extreme dimensions or shapes. The conveyor bowls are manufactured on a 5-axis milling machine with highest precision. The surface is colorless anodized. If needed - for instance if food or medical products are counted - the bowls can be coated with a special protective layer. |
